Youth Parliament

The Youth Parliament program at Kendriya Vidyalaya Sattenapalli is an enriching initiative aimed at developing students’ understanding of democratic processes, governance, and civic responsibilities. This program provides a platform for students to engage in discussions, debates, and mock parliamentary sessions, simulating the functioning of the actual Parliament of India.

Participants have the opportunity to assume various roles, such as Prime Minister, ministers, and members of parliament, allowing them to experience the dynamics of decision-making and legislative procedures firsthand. Through this interactive platform, students develop essential skills such as public speaking, critical thinking, and teamwork while gaining insights into current issues affecting society.

The Youth Parliament also encourages students to research and articulate their viewpoints on various national and international topics, fostering a sense of awareness and responsibility towards civic engagement.
