Bal Vatika

Balvatika is an early childhood education program introduced in Kendriya Vidyalayas to provide foundational learning to children aged 3 to 6 years. It focuses on the holistic development of young learners through play-based and activity-oriented teaching. Though Balvatika is not currently offered at our Vidyalaya, it is being implemented in select KV schools across the country. The program aims to prepare children for formal schooling by developing their cognitive, emotional, and social skills. Schools without Balvatika follow alternative early learning approaches for younger students.
